Some lovely flying with Friends and family & well done Thomas Morton

April & May have been lovely months here in France.
Firstly a lovely PPL pass for my student Glenn Paton. A former military fast jet pilot over 30 years ago, international hockey player Glenn was a terrific pilot and a great guy to have around the club.

Shortly before Glenn's visit there have been some really nice visiting pilots wanting to explore the local area and of course those wanting to renew their pilot licences and get back in the air.
By far the highlight of the last month of flying has been taking my 6 year old son flying after he asked me if he could have a go a doing "daddy's job". The best part being him landing the plane himself.
My friend Ian caught the moment magically on camera and even saw the tear in the instructor's eye !!!!

My good friend and fellow instructor Ian came over for a visit last month and we enjoyed a good few hours flying

lovely to get a back seat view of my friend John and his son Oli in their plane for a day out

A great day out with one of my favorite former students Kate from Bergerac

This area really is great from the air

The atlantic coast, always a favorite of mine

Joel Down came and passed his renewal with me in Limoges
